If u want to figure out Your computer's info , read the post carefully...

Stuffs like RAM , Hard disk , Screen resolution , CPU Speed , etc etc....

Hard drive Space.....

Just go to My Computers > Right click on the Drive(Drive whose info u wanna get) > Properties....

All the information will be displayed about that drive...

RAM and your Windows version .....

Right click on the blank screen of My Computers and select Properties......

It'll give you the info of ur Operating System's Version and about your RAM..

Screen Resolution... 

Right click on the Desktop blank screen and select Properties > Then click on Appearance tab inside the dialog box......
